What does it mean to enter the Tathagata's house, wear the Tathagata's robe, and sit on the Tathagata's seat?

Tathagata's robe is a robe of wisdom, insight, and knowing everything.
Student asked:
Uncle, I heard that: Entering the Tathagata's house, wearing the Tathagata's robe, and sitting on the Tathagata's seat are three virtues, also three requirements for reading and chanting the Lotus Sutra, to attain perfect completion.
- Entering the Tathagata's house is a symbol of compassion.
- Wearing the Tathagata's robe is a symbol of patience.
- Sitting on the Tathagata's seat is to stay in the dharma of emptiness.
I find this explanation incomplete. Please help explain the meaning of: Entering the Tathagata's house, wearing the Tathagata's robe, sitting on the Tathagata's seat so that we can understand clearly?

Tathagata's house is a pure house.
Tathagata's robe is a robe of wisdom, insight, and knowing everything.
Tathagata seat is a seat of True Thusness (bhutatathata), i.e. the seat of Truthfulness. Those who sit on Tathagata's seat can not answer questions correctly will be kicked down from the Tathagata's seat by questioners.
